The Bicolor Angelfish, also known as the Two-colored Angelfish or Oriole Angelfish, is a stunning member of the Centropyge group of dwarf or pygmy angelfish. Its body is vibrant yellow on the anterior half and deep blue on the posterior half, with a splash of deep blue extending vertically upward from the eye to the top of the head. The tail is yellow.

To provide the Bicolor Angelfish with an environment in which it can thrive, a minimum of a 70-gallon tank with plenty of hiding places and live rock for grazing is necessary. However, it is not recommended as a reef dweller since it has a tendency to nip at stony and soft corals and clam mantles.

The Bicolor Angelfish is hermaphroditic, making it very difficult to breed in an aquarium. Furthermore, there are no distinguishable differences in color between males and females. The fish requires a diet consisting of Spirulina, marine algae, high-quality angelfish preparations, and mysis.
