Refund policy

FISH ONLY Warranty:

No returns or refunds. Fish body and separate water sample are REQUIRED. Fish body must be intact and recognizeable.

24 hours 100% Replacement

48 hours 50% Replacement

No warranty on invertebrates or corals. No warranty on sale, discounted, or replacement fish. No warranty for compatibility issues.

 

Products and Equipment:

No returns or exchanges on products or equipment. If you have a warranty issue, please contact the manufacturer. 

 

Deposits:

Deposits on new tank setups and special orders are non-refundable.

 

Equipment Rentals:

Fish traps and a PAR meter are available for rent for 7 days. A copy of a valid drivers license and debit/credit card will be kept on file during the time of rental. If the equipment is not returned by close of business on the 7th day, the card on file will be charged for equipment replacement. If the card on file is declined for this additional charge, the renter will be responsible for this debt, as well as any collections costs associated with us retrieving the funds.
