To accommodate the Skunk Tilefish, a spacious aquarium of at least 50 gallons is necessary, providing ample room for swimming. The presence of a sandy substrate, with a minimum depth of 3 inches, is important as it allows the fish to burrow. Keeping them in pairs is recommended, as it aids in their acclimation to the new environment and promotes their comfort. It is worth noting that the Skunk Tilefish has a tendency to jump, so a securely fitted canopy is essential for their safety.
